The account and the bookkeeping stop being two jobs.

We are building EUR and multi-currency accounts for European companies — where each payment arrives already matched to the invoice it belongs to, instead of waiting in a statement for someone to sort out at month end.

What the company would get

Four things, and one of them is the point.

Built for small teams that already work with an accountant.

Account number

A dedicated IBAN in the company’s own name for incoming SEPA transfers, so customer payments land directly against the company’s own balance — and the sending bank sees the company, not a middleman.

Currencies

Hold several currencies side by side and convert between them at a rate you can see before you commit. Receive in one currency, pay a supplier in another, without a round trip through a bank.

Reconciliation

This is the part we actually care about. Incoming payments arrive with the sender’s name and reference attached and are matched to invoices, ready for the accountant — rather than as an export somebody has to reconcile by hand.

Payments out

SEPA transfers to suppliers, staff and tax authorities from the same balance — and SWIFT where the supplier is outside the euro area.

How it would work

Three steps, and we are honest about who decides.

Adelianz handles onboarding, the software and the reconciliation layer. The regulated financial services would come from Currencycloud, a Visa solution.

You apply through Adelianz

We collect what is needed for verification and submit the application. We forward applications — the decision to open an account rests with the financial institution, not with us.

The account is opened

Once approved, you receive account details in your own name and can start receiving payments.

Everything lands in one place

Incoming payments, currency conversions and outgoing transfers flow into a single reconciled view.

On the free plan, transfers are charged per transaction. On the paid plans they are included — which usually works out cheaper once you are actively receiving payments. The FX margin is the only charge on a currency conversion; the rate you are shown before you confirm already includes it.

Scope and status

What we can serve, and where we actually are.

Phase one would cover EUR and multi-currency accounts, SEPA and SWIFT payments and currency conversion, for customers resident in the European Economic Area — businesses first, and individuals such as sole traders alongside them. No payment cards, and no crypto.

We are starting in Estonia, because that is where our existing customers and operations are. It is not the limit — the intention is to open to companies and individuals across the EEA once the Estonian rollout is proven.

The product is not open to customers yet. We are testing the technical integration and working through the approvals required before any account can be opened. Nothing on this page is an offer of a financial service. If you register interest, we will come back to you when onboarding opens — and tell you plainly if you fall outside what we can serve.

Regulatory position

Clarity here matters more than marketing.

Is Adelianz a bank?
No. Adelianz OÜ is a technology company. We build the software, handle onboarding and provide the reconciliation layer. We are not a bank, an electronic money institution or a payment institution, and we do not hold customer funds.
Who would provide the account and payment services?
Currencycloud, a Visa solution. Payment and foreign currency exchange services would be provided by The Currency Cloud Ltd, authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority for the issuing of electronic money and the provision of payment services with FCA registration number 900199. For customers located in the European Economic Area, payment services would be provided by Currencycloud B.V., authorised by De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. for the issuing of electronic money and the provision of payment services with DNB registration number R142701. Customers would enter into an agreement directly with the provider and accept its terms and conditions.
Are there payment cards?
No. This product does not include a debit or credit card, virtual or physical. It is an account for receiving, holding, converting and sending money. If that changes we will say so here before we say it anywhere else.
Who decides whether an account is opened?
The financial institution does. We prepare and submit applications and run our own checks first, but we cannot guarantee an application will be accepted.
Is this a bank deposit? Is the money covered by a deposit guarantee?
No. Funds held with an electronic money institution are not bank deposits and are not covered by a deposit guarantee scheme. Electronic money institutions are required to safeguard customer funds separately from their own.
What happens to the information collected?
It is used to verify your identity — and, for companies, the business and its beneficial owners — as required by law, and shared with the financial institution for that purpose.
